SaaS Contracts Attorney

Job Summary

SaaS Contracts Attorney, a full-time remote position responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts related to healthcare technology while providing legal support and advice on compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including SaaS agreements and Business Associate agreements
• Advise on contract interpretation, obligations, and legal matters to support business growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage outside counsel as needed for legal matters

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in the United States
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a healthcare transactional attorney
• In-house experience at a healthcare technology company preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH
• Experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of healthcare-related agreements
