Supporting a workforce management platform during a maternity leave, the remote, four-month SaaS Contracts Attorney will manage procurement processes and assist with the month-end enterprise SaaS sales cycle while explaining online terms to prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement and month-end enterprise SaaS sales cycle activities
- Explain standard online terms and prepare issue lists to resolve customer inquiries
- Support Sales and Procurement in a high-volume contracting environment
Required qualifications
- Strong experience in inbound and outbound SaaS and enterprise sales contracting
- Familiarity with customer order forms, online terms, and enterprise addenda
- Experience with global professional services agreements and vendor contracts
- Ability to identify privacy, security, and data issues
- Knowledge of HR tech, payroll, benefits, or fintech is preferred
