Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the negotiation and redlining of complex SaaS agreements
  • Apply paralegal expertise to identify and resolve contractual hurdles
  • Develop and maintain a "Negotiation Playbook" for standardizing responses
  • Mentor and train junior Deal Desk analysts and Account Executives
  • Manage the end-to-end deal approval process
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Legal Operations in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal or Contract Manager with knowledge of commercial contract law
  • Expert-level ability to redline contracts and explain legal risks to non-legal stakeholders
  • Experience coaching or managing others
  • High proficiency in Salesforce and CLM software
