Key Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation and redlining of complex SaaS agreements
- Apply paralegal expertise to identify and resolve contractual hurdles
- Develop and maintain a "Negotiation Playbook" for standardizing responses
- Mentor and train junior Deal Desk analysts and Account Executives
- Manage the end-to-end deal approval process
Requirements
- 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Legal Operations in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or Contract Manager with knowledge of commercial contract law
- Expert-level ability to redline contracts and explain legal risks to non-legal stakeholders
- Experience coaching or managing others
- High proficiency in Salesforce and CLM software
