Job Summary
Leading the onboarding process for large-scale clients, the full-time Client SaaS Implementation Lead will serve as the primary contact for strategic planning, gather and document business requirements, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions to define detailed business requirements for clients
- Act as a subject matter expert on the delivery model and application of client requirements for new projects and ongoing support
- Communicate project expectations and progress to clients and internal teams in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in benefit administration SaaS implementation
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Health & Welfare benefits administration, client onboarding, or IT consulting
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Access, Project, and Visio
