SaaS Implementation Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-time delivery of large-scale client implementations and manage all stages of the implementation cycle
• Enable, train, and coach a team to meet organizational objectives and drive best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide visibility into progress, risks, budgets, and metrics

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a SaaS implementation environment
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience with AMS, ERP, CRM, or similar systems
• Proven track record leading SaaS implementations; PMP Certification or equivalent is strongly desired
• Aptitude for developing software expertise and managing client relationships
• Initiative in driving process improvement, efficiency, and quality in a growing organization
