SaaS Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Implementation - SMB.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and lead the SMB Implementation team through regular performance evaluations and feedback
• Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators related to account activation and cancellation mitigation
• Collaborate with the Director of Implementation to optimize playbooks and ensure customer success

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS software implementation or a customer-facing role
• Proven leadership experience in motivating and coaching a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Deep understanding of customer service best practices
• Certifications or equivalent experience in project management methodologies is preferred
