SaaS Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Accounts SaaS Implementation Project Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project management for onboarding and implementation of new Consumer Accounts clients
• Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, and manage project dependencies
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team while ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably with PMI-ACP, PMP, ScrumMaster, or consulting experience
• Client onboarding and SaaS implementation experience strongly preferred
• Proven knowledge of spending account benefits (e.g., FSA/HSA/HRA/DCFSA)
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
