SaaS Implementation Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading a high-volume portfolio of customer implementations, the full-time remote SaaS Implementation Project Manager will manage 40 or more concurrent projects, ensuring effective communication and execution from sales handoff through launch and transition to Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own projects throughout their lifecycle, maintaining accurate milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Serve as the primary customer contact, managing expectations and facilitating communication across teams
- Utilize AI tools to enhance documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency while ensuring accuracy and accountability
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years managing customer-facing SaaS implementations or similar technical projects
- Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of concurrent projects
- Working knowledge of implementation lifecycles, including configuration and training
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
- Demonstrated use of AI or automation to improve productivity
