Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, SaaS Implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for SaaS Implementation projects, including communication and status reporting
• Create and manage project schedules, detailing dependencies and deadlines
• Support and mentor Implementation Project Managers, ensuring competent delivery of SaaS products

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a software/technical environment
• 2-3 years of experience supporting customers using web-based services
• Proven track record of building strong working relationships with internal and external partners
• Organized and detail-oriented with proven project management skills
• Experience working with international customers and co-workers across cultures
