SaaS Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MSP Procurement & SaaS Licensing Specialist who is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor license utilization to identify unused software and prevent redundant subscriptions
• Act as the primary contact for vendors, negotiating discounts and favorable service agreements
• Conduct internal audits to ensure software usage complies with legal license entitlements

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in SaaS management tools like BetterCloud, Torii, or Zylo
• Ability to calculate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and perform cost-benefit analyses
• Deep understanding of End User License Agreements (EULAs) and data privacy clauses
• Advanced skills in Excel or BI tools for data analytics and forecasting
