Job Summary

A company is looking for a SaaS Platform Architect to define and lead the architectural evolution of its Workforce Management Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architecture of the multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Architect and optimize cloud-native systems on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance
• Lead design reviews and mentor senior engineers while contributing hands-on to critical platform components

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience architecting multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platforms for enterprise customers
• Demonstrated active use of Generative AI coding tools in professional software development
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, and RESTful API design
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
