SaaS Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SaaS Product Specialist (German-speaking, EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist prospects in identifying the value of the product
• Become a product expert to demonstrate and answer client questions
• Onboard and support DACH+ clients in German and/or English

Required Qualifications

• Native German speaker with strong English (C2+)
• Minimum 3 years of SaaS experience in support, onboarding, or pre-sales
• Familiarity with terms like HTML, CSS, JS, API, and database queries
• Highly organized and comfortable in remote work environments
• Access to reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
