Job Summary

SaaS Renewal Representative, a full-time remote position responsible for managing a portfolio of SaaS renewals, engaging customers for subscription growth, and executing renewals through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SaaS and Hybrid SaaS/Software renewals, ensuring timely renewals and expansion
  • Proactively engage customers to present renewal and multi-year subscription options
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data in Salesforce while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, or a related customer-facing sales role
  • Fluent in French and English (C1/C2 proficiency), with additional European languages being a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based sales motions, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
