Job Summary

Proactively managing a portfolio of SaaS and Hybrid SaaS renewals, the full-time SaaS Renewal Representative will engage customers, execute renewals, and identify upsell opportunities while working remotely on a one-year fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive on-time renewals and expansion for a portfolio of SaaS and Hybrid SaaS customers
  • Engage customers to present renewal and multi-year subscription options, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, or a related customer-facing sales role
  • Proficiency in both German and English at C1/C2 level, with strong communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based sales motions, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Results-driven mindset with proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
