Job Summary
Owning the full renewal lifecycle, the full-time SaaS Renewals Senior Manager will manage client outreach, risk assessment, and negotiations while building scalable processes and frameworks in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle for all accounts, including outreach, risk triage, negotiation, and close
- Develop and implement a data-driven renewal strategy for each account, focusing on customer health and usage trends
- Build the renewals playbook from scratch, establishing outreach cadences, negotiation guidelines, and engagement models
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or commercial account management with proven GRR/NRR target achievement
- Experience building a renewals function from the ground up, including creating playbooks
- Strong commercial negotiation skills, comfortable leading high-stakes conversations with executives
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, with analytical capabilities for forecasting and performance presentation
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority, with readiness to manage a small team
