Job Summary

A company is looking for a SaaS Practice Experience Associate/Sales Development Representative (SaaS - Optometry Software).

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to leads through various communication channels and qualify them through structured discovery calls
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and demo to negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention while achieving sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (high school +8 years; Associate +4 years; Master's)
  • Experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities in a consultative environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Willingness to relocate within the US after one year in the role
