Job Summary
Driving inbound sales growth, the full-time SaaS Sales Specialist will identify new leads, conduct online demos, and provide excellent customer service in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advising customers on solutions and building strong relationships through exceptional service
- Identifying and contacting new leads through inbound channels and following up via email or phone
- Conducting online platform demos to showcase product benefits and features
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using various technology platforms and tools
- Experience in conducting online demos
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks
