Job Summary

A company is looking for a SaaS Solutions Architect (Post Sales Implementation).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build customized AI-driven conversational workflows aligned with customer support objectives
• Collaborate with client IT teams to configure and integrate systems ensuring data exchange and compatibility
• Lead client onboarding sessions, manage project timelines, and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions architect or technical project implementation roles, with 2+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies, APIs, and integration architectures
• Proficiency in technologies related to conversational AI and strong front-end skills (JavaScript, CSS, JSON)
• Experience with CRM integrations, particularly Salesforce and Zendesk, is a plus
• Exceptional client-facing expertise and ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
