Job Summary

A company is looking for a SaaS Support & Release Coordination Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating software releases with internal teams and customers
  • Perform pre-release readiness checks, including test environment validation, smoke testing, and feature flag verification
  • Support post-release monitoring to confirm successful deployments and identify potential issues or rollback indicators
Required Qualifications
  • Approximately 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or SaaS application support (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with software release processes, versioning practices, and CI/CD concepts
  • Experience using ticketing and collaboration tools such as Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
