Job Summary

A company is looking for a SaaS Systems Administrator (Corporate IT).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement enterprise SaaS platforms and develop related documentation
• Build integrations between SaaS platforms using APIs and develop automation solutions
• Administer and optimize SaaS platforms while monitoring health and troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) workflows
• Experience with security best practices in SaaS environments
• Ability to lead cross-functional IT projects
