Saba Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Saba Implementation Specialist to deploy and configure the Saba Learning Management System for large-scale clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather client requirements and document functional specifications
• Configure Saba LMS based on client needs and industry best practices, including custom solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide ongoing project management and support during implementation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Saba LMS, with a preference for Cornerstone experience
• Proven track record of successful LMS project implementations with client references
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues
• Demonstrated presentation and client-facing skills for leading sessions and product demonstrations
