Job Summary

S.A.F.E. Act Loan Originator Assistant, a full-time position requiring proficiency in English and Spanish, assists Loan Originators in driving loan production goals while providing a personal mortgage experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Originators with the mortgage lending process, including loan applications and disclosures
• Develop relationships with referral sources and maintain communication with all parties involved in the loan process
• Provide sales and administrative support, including marketing material development and performance reporting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience
• Basic knowledge of the Real Estate mortgage market in the local area
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to be a self-starter and self-motivated
