SAFe Agile Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Infra Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee program delivery in a SAFe Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Product Owners across multiple programs
• Ensure successful delivery of programs within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining quality standards
• Champion SAFe principles and practices, facilitating key Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Director or similar leadership role in Agile environments
• Strong expertise in SAFe Agile framework and large-scale Agile transformations
• Experience managing teams of Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Product Owners
• Excellent understanding of Agile delivery metrics, program governance, and portfolio management
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar for program tracking and requirement management
