SAFe Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAFe Agile IT Project / Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAFe transformation coach, guiding Agile teams and leaders in adopting scaled agile practices
• Design and lead transformation roadmaps for evolving from project-based to product-based delivery
• Coach Product Managers and Scrum Masters to enhance strategic alignment and customer value delivery

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise Agile and product development transformations, preferably in regulated industries
• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) with experience in PI Planning and portfolio-level SAFe adoption
• Expertise in Agile coaching at multiple levels, fostering cultural change
• Strong experience in product management within a scaled Agile framework
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (Master's preferred)
