SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
To support Agile delivery in the financial services sector, the full-time Release Train Engineer (RTE) III SAFe Agile will manage and optimize the flow of value through Agile Release Trains, facilitate planning and ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Agile Release Trains, facilitating PI/release planning and ensuring effective communication among teams and stakeholders
- Monitor Agile delivery metrics to identify risks and improve execution and organizational performance
- Coordinate major feature releases and manage changes to quarterly plans while aligning activities with company strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or in Agile delivery roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira Plans and creating Jira dashboards
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe
- Experience managing program-level risks and facilitating Agile ceremonies
