SAFe Agilist Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a new greenfield mission with a large federal civilian agency, the full-time SAFe Agilist Management Analyst will establish SAFe governance, create a tailored Scaled Agile Framework, and develop training and education plans for development teams, primarily working in a remote-first environment with occasional onsite support in Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating a tailored SAFe framework and recommend configurations based on organizational analysis
• Implement the framework and communicate it effectively to program stakeholders at all levels
• Develop and deliver training, workshops, and coaching materials to facilitate understanding of the SAFe governance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Agile delivery or transformation experience
• 5+ years working in a SAFe environment
• 3+ years of coaching or training teams in Agile or SAFe practices
• Experience in helping organizations adopt SAFe frameworks
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination
