SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join their team and support clients in the Washington DC-Baltimore area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Program Increment (PI) Planning events in alignment with CMS SAFe requirements
• Facilitate communication and coordination across Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with PI objectives
• Monitor progress against PI commitments and address schedule risks and delivery challenges

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile project/program management roles
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAFe Agile environments supporting large-scale Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field is required
• Experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning events for large teams (50+ resources)
