Job Summary
Seeking a fully remote, experienced SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) to orchestrate the delivery of a major FDA modernization program, managing cross-team dependencies and driving continuous improvement in Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Program Increment planning events, coordinating capacity, sequencing, and feature prioritization across the Agile Release Train (ART)
- Manage cross-team dependencies, proactively identifying blockers and facilitating resolution among internal and external teams
- Facilitate ART-level ceremonies and coach Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and tracking sprint metrics
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile program delivery, with at least 3 years as an RTE, Agile Coach, or Senior Scrum Master
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (SAFe RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification required
- Proven experience delivering complex federal IT programs with multiple external team dependencies
- Experience with program-level release planning and sprint tracking using JIRA, Confluence, or ALM tools
