Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to join a 100% remote team supporting a large federal government project.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and remove blockers
Encourage collaboration and innovation across a cross-functional Agile software development team
Advise government personnel on process improvements and work with senior-level client leadership

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile development and automated application deployments
Proven experience with large-scale software development and data management projects
Expertise in the agile SAFe framework and SAFe Certified Scrum Master
Ability to obtain a Government clearance
