SAFe Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master (SAFe) to facilitate the adoption and implementation of the SAFe methodology within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective team participation
• Coach and mentor development teams on SAFe principles and practices
• Promote collaboration and communication among teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or similar degree or equivalent
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or plans to become certified
• Strong knowledge of the SAFe framework and Agile methodologies
• Certification in SAFe (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or SAFe Program Consultant)
• 5+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams or Project Management at the enterprise level
