SAFe Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support a large federal government project, the full-time SAFe Certified Scrum Master will lead Agile practices for multiple teams, facilitate scrum meetings, and promote continuous process improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings, including PI Planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Build collaborative relationships across a cross-functional Agile software development team
• Track team progress, risks, and impediments, and partner with stakeholders to maintain delivery focus

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile development and software integration projects
• Expertise in the SAFe framework and experience leading automated application deployments
• Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership and capturing meeting actions
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master or comparable certification is preferred
• Ability to obtain a Government clearance
