SAFe Certified Senior Agilist

Job Summary

Providing senior-level Agile coaching and implementation support, the full-time salaried SAFe Certified Senior Agilist will work with VA health informatics teams to enhance Agile practices, facilitate collaboration, and improve workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and coach interdisciplinary teams on Agile and SAFe practices, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement
• Support the development of Agile artifacts and facilitate team ceremonies, PI planning, and ART-level coordination
• Guide teams in defining and tracking value delivery, performance metrics, and sprint outcomes while fostering collaboration across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification
• 7+ years of experience leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium-to-large organizations
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in adopting Agile across an enterprise
• Experience with JIRA, JIRA Align, or similar Agile planning tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
