SAFe Certified Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the SAFe Certified Senior Business Analyst will own and prioritize the product backlog, define features and user stories, and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with business goals and successful product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and partner with cross-functional teams to support product delivery
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive enhancements and prioritization decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• SAFe v6 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification required; additional Agile certifications preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related Agile role
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
