Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies for multiple Agile teams
Coach and mentor cross-functional Agile teams on Agile principles and best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5-10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile delivery
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification strongly preferred
