Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Agile Coach/SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on Agile coaching and mentorship to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders
Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, iteration reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Act as a change agent, addressing resistance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in Agile roles (Agile Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master) in enterprise environments
Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) required
Active TS/SCI security clearance required
