Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer, Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall delivery for the Agile Release Train (ART), including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• Plan and facilitate major SAFe events and ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment
• Lead and mentor a team of agile PMO professionals, promoting continuous learning and a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) preferred
• 7+ years of experience in cloud-based software development or technical delivery
• 5+ years of people management and team development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an RTE role leading a large ART
• Experience with agile best practices and collaboration tools
