SAFe Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer, Corporate Impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall delivery for the Agile Release Train (ART), including planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• Plan and facilitate major SAFe events and ceremonies, such as PI Planning and System Demos
• Act as a senior-level agile coach, guiding teams in agile values and practices while managing ART-level risks and impediments

Required Qualifications

• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in managing large, cloud-based software development or technical delivery
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an RTE role leading a large ART
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in agile methodologies and tools
• Experience in an agile organization, especially with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
