SAFe Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to support agile practices and oversee delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates Scrum team activities to achieve sprint goals and deliver software solutions
• Creates dashboards and metrics to monitor team progress and disseminates project information
• Facilitates daily stand-up meetings and manages roadblocks for the Scrum team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years of related experience in agile environments
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification or equivalent certification required
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA
• Experience in software development life cycle and stakeholder management
