SAFe Scrum Master

Job Summary

To lead multiple teams in a remote contract role, the Scrum Master will facilitate agile activities, manage the product backlog, and coach teams on best practices while ensuring alignment of goals and removing impediments.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives
• Collaborate with the product owner to manage the product backlog and user story estimation
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments to ensure team progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 3+ years of experience with agile development and managing traditional projects/programs
• In-depth knowledge of Agile practices and proficiency with Azure DevOps
• SAFe Scrum Master certification is mandatory
