SAFe Scrum Master
Job Summary
Leading Agile practices in a full-time remote capacity, the SAFe Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage team execution, and support backlog prioritization for a large federal government healthcare modernization project.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning and retrospectives
- Manage backlog prioritization and track team output and progress toward delivery objectives
- Identify and resolve team blockers while promoting continuous process improvement across Agile teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile software development teams and supporting CI/CD initiatives
- Expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and a current SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration in complex technical environments
- Strong skills in technical documentation and briefing senior leadership
