Job Summary
Providing administrative and operational support, the full-time Safety Administration Specialist will maintain safety records, track employee training, and develop reports while coordinating activities among safety managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain electronic safety records and ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date for audits and inspections
- Track employee training assignments and generate compliance reports while coordinating training enrollments and onboarding
- Compile performance data and develop reports related to training compliance, incident metrics, and safety performance for management review
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in safety, environmental, construction, industrial, or related operations
- Experience creating reports, presentations, and data summaries
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and corporate safety management systems
