Job Summary

A company is looking for a Safety Alert Specialist to ensure the safety and smooth operation of rides.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor a high-priority alert queue and handle outbound calls and SMS related to safety issues
  • Document safety incidents accurately and maintain adherence to company policies
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced specialists and assist with support volume as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to determine appropriate next steps based on incomplete information
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while staying organized and focused
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably Zendesk, for logging communications
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Natural self-starter with a proactive approach in a remote work environment
