Job Summary
A company is looking for a Safety Alert Specialist to ensure the safety and smooth operation of rides.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor a high-priority alert queue and handle outbound calls and SMS related to safety issues
- Document safety incidents accurately and maintain adherence to company policies
- Act as a mentor to less experienced specialists and assist with support volume as needed
Required Qualifications
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to determine appropriate next steps based on incomplete information
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while staying organized and focused
- Experience using CRM software, preferably Zendesk, for logging communications
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Natural self-starter with a proactive approach in a remote work environment
