Safety and Health Manager

Job Summary

Leading safety compliance initiatives, the full-time remote SH&E Manager will manage contractor prequalification platforms, oversee safety systems administration, and ensure data integrity and reporting for safety metrics across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contractor prequalification platforms and ensure compliance with safety documentation and client requirements
• Administer corporate safety management systems, including incident reporting and safety performance databases
• Establish data governance standards for safety reporting and conduct quality assurance reviews of compliance data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of related work experience in Health and Safety, including supervisory experience
• Extensive knowledge of Federal and State health and safety regulations
• Advanced knowledge of safety-related national consensus standards (e.g., ANSI, NFPA)
• Ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity
