Job Summary
Safety and Support Director, oversees the Safety and Support functions in a full-time, salaried role, leading policy, moderation, operations, and user protection initiatives while fostering a safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Safety and Support teams, ensuring high-quality coverage and performance
- Review and update safety policies and moderation frameworks based on evolving risks and user feedback
- Develop scalable processes to enhance efficiency and manage the function's budget effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in Trust & Safety/Support
- 5+ years of online moderation experience managing risk and policy
- Strong understanding of online safety risks and moderation frameworks
- Experience with AI, automations, and support workflow optimization
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment among stakeholders
