Safety and Training Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Director of Safety & Training, this executive role will manage the company's safety program, develop training initiatives, and foster workforce development across all operational departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company-wide safety program, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices
• Create and maintain onboarding and role-specific training programs for field and office personnel, including leadership development
• Collaborate with various departments to standardize operational procedures and support new market expansion through consistent training and safety standards

Required qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in construction, electrical, or solar operations
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
• Experience in developing and delivering employee training programs
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 500 or OSHA Outreach Trainer certification preferred
