Safety Compliance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Safety Standards Compliance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enforcement of compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices
• Plan and execute internal audits and assessments to evaluate compliance effectiveness and identify non-compliance areas
• Manage risks associated with non-compliance and maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audit findings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in developing and managing compliance programs, preferably in the automotive OEM sector
• Experience in documentation, operationalization, and process improvement in a technical or safety-critical compliance domain
• A current certified auditing credential is strongly preferred
• Experience with tooling and operational aspects related to compliance programs
• Project management skills to track compliance initiatives and meet deadlines
