Job Summary
Leading safety initiatives in a remote capacity, the full-time Safety Coordinator will develop and monitor safety requirements, analyze program needs, and establish standard operating procedures to optimize workflow processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develops, coordinates, and monitors safety requirements for various operational activities
- Analyzes and documents program requirements, including mission scope and resource availability
- Collects and assesses workflow processes, providing recommendations for optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction, Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST), or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- 6-8 years of experience in safety coordination or related roles
- Experience in developing standard operating procedures and safety plans
- Ability to analyze and refine operational processes effectively
