Job Summary

A company is looking for a Safety Data Associate to support regulatory safety operations by managing product safety data.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update regulatory safety data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
• Track and manage incoming documentation from suppliers to support compliance activities
• Communicate professionally with external suppliers to request missing information and clarify data requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4-year science degree required
• 1-2 years of experience in data management or project management (regulatory or safety experience preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic functions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work independently after training
