Safety Data Management Associate

Job Summary

Leading safety data management initiatives, the full-time Associate Manager, Safety Data and Systems will oversee GPS Safety Data Management and Safety System Maintenance activities while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and high-quality data outputs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor GPS mailboxes and serve as the technical resource for the Oracle Argus Safety system
• Support day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of the Argus Safety application, ensuring reliable drug safety case processing
• Generate, validate, and customize safety reports while collaborating with pharmacovigilance, clinical, and regulatory teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, information technology, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, safety, clinical research, or pharmacovigilance, with at least 3 years in safety database systems like ARGUS
• Solid knowledge of global pharmacovigilance requirements and practices
• Proficiency in Safety Database systems and relevant technical systems for pharmacovigilance
• Fluent communication in written and spoken English
