Safety Data Sheet Author

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Author to provide hazard communication and classification services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hazard classification and global SDS authoring services to clients
• Perform composition verification and dangerous goods classification
• Foster positive relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams

Required Qualifications and Education

• At least 2 years of experience as an SDS Author in the EH&S domain
• Experience with OSHA HazCom 2012, TSCA, CLP, REACH, WHMIS 2015, and GHS regulations
• Bachelor's Degree in physical or biological sciences (e.g., chemistry, environmental sciences)
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint
• Ability to work remotely and engage with a technical team
